As Ragnarok created priest as supporter job.
izzit better if make Assumption lv 15 or Blessing lv20 in order to get some player plying priest job or make sure there are priest in each guild.

Suggestion: Maybe increase Heal & Sanctuary effectiveness?
Edit: Also, maybe reduce SP usage, reduce after cast delay?

Erm what purpose increase heal n sanctuary..weeee we use pot instead of those
sp usage=same..pot settled..reduce after cast delay doesnt effect on HL = HL depends on speed
Thus,all u suggestion Quite Meaningless
